QUAD electrostatic cabinets are considered by many to be the best transducers ever made, with a completely original and balanced response.
From the first model, the ESL-57, through the popular ESL-63, the ESL-988 and ESL-989, ESL-2805 and ESL-2905, to the current models, the principle of operation and the manufacturing process of these screens have remained largely intact. However, the QUAD ESL require periodic maintenance due to their design and the high voltages that their panels handle.
From the dBTronic workshop we carry out the necessary repairs to return these screens to their original splendor. From slight breakdowns due to voltage leaks, breakdowns in the power circuit, change and redesign of power transformers and restoration of complete panels.
